DISC Profiling
Research has shown that behavioural characteristics can be grouped together in four major groups. People with similar styles tend to exhibit specific behavioural characteristics common to that style. All people share these four styles in varying degrees of intensity. The acronym DISC stands for the four personality styles represented by the letters:
D - Dominant
I - Influencer
S - Steady/stable
C - Compliant
DISC profiling is an online tool that we use to support people to deepen their understanding of themselves and others, so that they become a better communicator, learn how to minimise or prevent conflicts appreciate the differences in others and positively influence people around them.
