Leadership Strengths Assessment

Attigo is delighted to partner with My Leadership Strengths to support leaders to thrive. 

 

We do this by guiding you through the use of the My Leadership Strengths capability model and tools, which provide leaders with the insight to focus on what matters most to them, their team and their role.

 

Use of the tools is complemented by coaching with one of our team. This enables leaders to gain a deep understanding of their unique strengths and how to capitalise on them and how to identify and tap into the strengths of others.
